Двама мъже са били задържани за незаконно притежаване на наркотик и управление на моторно превозно средство след употреба на дрога, съобщиха от полицията. На 4 юни около 18 часа на пътя между селата Опълченско и Воловарци бил спрян за проверка автомобил „БМВ“, управляван от 36-годишен. Суха листна маса била намерена у 26-годишен пътник в колата. Наркотичното вещество е иззето и е на съхранение в полицейското управление. Образувано е досъдебно производство, разследващ полицай продължава работата по случая. При проверка на водача за употреба на наркотици тестът отчел положителен резултат за метаамфетамин и амфетамин. Отказана е била кръвна проба за анализ. Образувано е бързо производство. При направена справка станало ясно, че лекият автомобил е със служебно прекратена регистрация на основание чл.143, ал.10 от ЗДвП заради липса на валидна застраховка „Гражданска отговорност“, за което е започната проверка по чл.345, ал.2 във връзка с ал.1 от Наказателния кодекс.
